09/28/2011 Home Movie Transfer
Mary from Westfield

It's such a sense of relief to have finally transferred these old 8mm tapes to DVD before the quality deteriorated! Dan made the process so easy. It wasn't easy to hand over these one-of-a-kind movies, but Dan is such a professional, I was confident the film was in good hands. I'll be back with more.

Your Memories Are Even More Secure! - Home Video Studio's Exclusive Platinum DVDs are here!

Home Video Studio's Exclusive Platinum DVDs are here!
Platinum. The word alone conjures images of exclusivity. A platinum card yields the greatest privileges. A platinum award ranks above gold. In fact, did you know that platinum's rarity made King Louis the XV of France declare it the only metal fit for a king? Well, at Home Video Studio you are royalty! And we are pleased to announce our exclusive Classic Platinum DVD 45's! Here are a few reasons why your precious videos need to be transferred to Home Video Studio's exclusive platinum DVD 45's.
They look great!
We call them Classic Platinum DVD 45's because the inner hub gives it a look like the old 45 rpm records from the 1950s and 60's. With a platinum outer and inner hub and printable face your DVDs will look fantastic! And with the holidays around the corner what better gifts?
Ultra Scratch Resistant!
Have you ever put in one of your favorite DVDs only to be frustrated by a "read error" message? Sometimes accidents happen. One scratch, one spill or one incident can spoil something that's irreplaceable. Our Platinum DVD 45's have an Ultra Hard Coat - the best option to protect your video content against accidents and thus extend the life of your precious video memories. UHC™ guarantees 100 times more scratch protection when compared to conventional DVDs.
Certified lifetime exceeds 100 years!
Like platinum your memories are rare, precious and irreplaceable. Unfortunately time and elements can take their toll on the DVDs you are counting on to archive these memories. Sooner or later corrosion begins to cause pinholes and other defects in the bonding resins causing playback failure. Our Platinum DVD 45's are the best product on the market to guard against this. In accelerated aging tests our exclusive DVDs are certified to last over 100 years!
Home Video Studio, always the innovator, is the only video services business with the exclusive Classic Platinum DVD 45's. We invite you to call us today! 908-301-9300.

Your Home Movies on High definition Blu-Ray DVD!!!

Your Home Movies on High definition Blu-Ray DVD

Home Video Studio's Film Transfer Department has taken a big step forward in providing High Definition home movie transfer! We are proud to announce the arrival of our new MWA-Nova FlashscanHD for 8mm, Super-8 and Super-8 sound home movie transfer. Now you can have your film digitized and put on a DVD or a hard drive knowing it's being processed with the state of the art in sound and silent film transfer!
With a completely digital path and the highest quality capturing codec (Apple pro-res 422) your home movies, even in Standard Definition, will look fantastic. And, if you want High Definition to a Blu-Ray DVD we can provide that in a 1280X720 resolution as well!

Another great feature of the Flashscan is its sprocketless transport and laser frame alignment. What does that mean to you? It means no jerky film movement because of damaged sprocket holes. It means you see 100% of the frame even if the film has shrunk.
What about sound? There is no higher quality sound reproduction available.
